There are plenty of free attractions within Gardens by the Bay such as the Supertree Grove and Heritage Gardens.
Inside Gardens By the Bay, you’ll find the Flower Dome and Cloud Forest. However, you’ll need to pay to enter. I recommend purchasing online since it is slightly cheaper and saves time from waiting in line but you can pay on the spot as well. I’ve listed some options below where you can purchase it online.

The Cloud Forest was another highlight of my visit. Walking into the cool, misty dome was like entering another world. The 35-meter-tall waterfall greeted me with its refreshing spray, and as I made my way up the spiraling walkways, I marveled at the diversity of plant life. - The Supertrees transform into a glowing spectacle at night. Don’t miss the Garden Rhapsody show at 7:45 PM or 8:45 PM.
- The gardens are vast, and you’ll likely cover a lot of ground. Comfortable footwear is a must!
- If you plan to visit the Cloud Forest and Flower Dome, I recommend that you purchase the tickets in advance to avoid wait time and secure a spot to visit.
- Arrive early in the morning or late in the afternoon to avoid peak crowds, especially on weekends.
- There’s air con in the cloud forest and flower dome so you’ll definitely stay cool away from the humidity in Singapore.

Another unforgettable moment was exploring The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands. With its luxury boutiques, indoor canal complete with gondola rides, and fine-dining restaurants, it felt like a fusion of art, fashion, and culinary delights. I indulged in some window shopping before enjoying a delicious meal at one of the restaurants.
As the evening set in, I caught the Spectra Light and Water Show by the bay. The combination of dazzling lights, music, and water effects was mesmerizing, creating the perfect end to my Marina Bay Sands experience.
The Spectra Light and Water Show takes place nightly at Marina Bay Sands Event Plaza. Daily from Sun – Thu: 8pm & 9pm and Fri & Sat: 8pm, 9pm & 10pm. It is free and make sure to go early to secure a good spot.
